•  One Overnight visioning solo on the land on a full moon (Sat. night only), reigniting an intimate relationship with yourself, listening to the whispers of Mother Earth in the wind, the sky, rocks, trees waving hello, calling on the full moon's light to illuminate your path forward. • DEEP IMAGERY JOURNEYING: Imagine discovering your TEAM OF ANIMAL SPIRIT ALLIES guiding you back to your core truth and unlocking your own healing energy. In a relaxed state, you call on Animal spirit allies to appear in your imagination beyond the reach of the critical left brain.  They represent your true energy in each chakra, whether wounded or strong, and unveil your deeper knowing or healing needed.  Journeying helps us form an active, self-accepting, caring relationship with ourselves.  We embark on an "inner healing dialogue" that opens a pathway to higher guidance and untapped wisdom. It is vivid, multisensory, and symbolic imagery bypassing the conscious mind’s limitations to address the root causes of our pain and activate our natural self-healing energy.

• DRUMMING TOGETHER AROUND THE MOTHER DRUM: a simple steady shamanic beat, we create sacred space seeking harmony with Mother Earth and the living Spirit within each of us. The heartbeat guides us back into a meditative state for inner awakening, slowing down our restless mind so we can call on and reconnect with ancestral wisdom, and be in the stillness of our soul.

• SOMATIC HEALING MOVEMENT: fall in love with the pleasure of moving, breathing, the joy of being in a body. The tingle of aliveness we can feel when we move to music, give our voice freedom to sing, hum, and make sound, breathe expansively.  We reclaim our personal power, cultivate self-compassion, and align body, mind & heart while quieting the busy mind to hear our inner soul voice. Qi Dance, vocal expression, conscious breathwork all help release trapped trauma energy, chronic tension, and stress from the nervous system, nurturing emotional calmness.  We rebuild a sense of safety in our body.  

• FULL MOON One OVERNIGHT VISIONING SOLO: ​Imagine sitting in the stillness of the light of a full moon,  sleeping under the stars immersed in the living presence of Mother Earth, reconnecting with her ancestral wisdom.  Here you call for insight, guidance, support as you return to the primordial garden of your Soul, your original goodness.... and listen. When your monkey mind quiets, your emotions calm and your body rests, there's space to hear the whispers of your Soul's reassuring voice. Your higher guidance and insight already present come to the surface.
Limited Option to sleep in the lodge is available due to physical limitations, dorm-style $60 extra. You will have the evening hours before sunset to sit outside quietly to seek personal insight, spiritual direction, or strength.

SCHEDULE

• Friday 6/26/26, 4:30 - 8:30pm:  REGISTRATION: 4:30-5pm DINNER: 5-6pm.  1st Session starts after dinner. We will gather on the patio for short introductions and take a little walk on the land for early scouting of your solo spot. You will carry a big rock in your backpack and while walking ask the rock "what dead weight, inner restrictions, fears am I carrying that I want to release?"  We will enter the tipi for a cleansing ceremony: removing the rock from the backpack, stating what you are done carrying. Then  a conscious breathwork session to further free us and expand our breathing before we gather around the Mother Drum for meditative drumming. The heartbeat fills our hearts with a comforting sound.  Depart for home or hotel.
• Saturday 6/27/26, 9 am - 6pm with overnight solo on the land (full moon) :  9am: Arrive back at WILDE Spirit Retreat.  Offering corn meal to call in 4 directions with short somatic release exercise. 3 sessions during the day of spontaneous deep visualization, connecting with your animal spirit allies for each chakra. BYO LUNCH: 2-hour lunch break includes time to find your solo spot on the land. 
• 5pm: Light Dinner served: hearty soup, salad, bread, dessert.  6pm: Ceremony to send you out for your overnight visioning solo. Bring your own sleeping bag, mat, tarp.

• Sunday 6/28/26, 12 Noon - 4pm: Return to the lodge at noon.  Lunch served. Gather on patio for somatic vocal healing, opening our voice to restore sense of safety and bodily connection, listening & allowing. Qi Dance to awaken our body to its aliveness and the joy of movement. Closing Ceremony in the tipi > ready to walk in your fire and freedom, reclaiming your wildness and wisdom. Depart at 12 Noon.
