How do you respond to that unrest? Are you stuck, scared or do you move..... out, away, in a new uncertain direction? Does your self-criticism & nervous system freeze you up, warn you of "danger"? Would you like to have the inner courage & confidence to listen within & act, take a risk, stand on the edge of your comfort zone and be seen by others? (yup!) How can you let yourself go for it or just take 1 step?

My Story: Through different major life shifts: divorce, moving X-country, becoming a competitve ballroom dancer, I first noticed my vague discontent, wanting more that grew till I paid attention and listened to my heart's desire, my Authentic Voice speaking my Truth.... and then took action, usually not sure of the outcome. The pain of staying put greater than the risk of change. Sometimes there was a shake-up of my life plan, even a crisis of identity and faith but I kept uncovering layers of my truth and stayed true to myself.... ever so glad I did.
WHY does being true to yourself even matter?
Being true to yourself is a good way to build self-esteem, self-respect, and overall healthy well-being.... listening to/following your authentic self can be a big challenge that takes self-care, time, and practice. The reward is being at peace with, loving & laughing at your imperfect self, how you are living your life. How does that sound?
I learned life practices I"m teaching you that continue to support my Authentic Voice, my heart's desire and shifted my inner life to a place of empowerment, vitality, radical self-acceptance and then ACTION in continuous small steps.
I am excited to bring you this free zoom series to show a kinder way that frees you from some of the clanging chains that bind and opens you to a new way to be with yourself and your life ~ a way of radical self-care. Those that attend all 4 sessions will be eligible to win a free full 60min. work session with me.
